Broken rice or Com Tam is steamed rice from fractured rice grains, originating from the South of Vietnam. It is usually served with grilled pork ribs, bì (shredded pork mixed with thinly shredded pork skin), steamed egg with minced pork, green veggies and fish sauce. Broken rice has always been refered to as one of the most popular street food and now Com Tam Moc is bringing it to the next level, serving delicious broken rice and its variations in a nice and comfortable settings.
